• What types of events can I use PassPass for?

  For absolutely all your events! Whether it's a party, a workshop, a conference, a cultural or sporting event. Whether your event is open (without registration), free with registration or ticketed.

• Is PassPass exclusive or can I use other means of promotion in parallel?

  Not exclusive at all! We're an ADDITIONAL channel, not an exclusive one. You can sell your tickets in person AND via PassPass. In fact, we recommend it! Many organizers operate with part of their sales in person and part online, to reach more people.

• How can I promote my event with PassPass?

  You can easily integrate your PassPass event links into your website, calendar or social networks. All your followers have to do is click, and they're on a pro page featuring your event (and your colors) to register in just a few clicks.

  It's perfect for simplifying your logistics and for students who can't or don't want to buy their tickets in person!

• What about accounting and payments?

  Ultra-simple: payments are made directly into your bank account, and you can export an accounting document in 1 CLICK for the period you define. It's super-easy to track payments and justify cash inflows for your treasury. Ideal for NPOs that need to be accountable!

• Do I need technical skills?

  Not at all! If you know how to use Instagram, you'll know how to use PassPass. We've designed an ultra-intuitive interface with students in mind. And if you need help, we're here to guide you. 

• Can I work as part of a team on the platform?

  Yes, we've set up a super-convenient team system. You can add all the members of your KAP/circle to your organization, and each one can manage events according to the rights you give them. No more sharing passwords or not being able to move forward when the person in charge is unavailable!

• What's your alternative to Google Forms for registration?

  PassPass lets you create custom fields at registration (like with Google Forms), but MUCH more professional and without having to manage multiple platforms. You can ask participants for any kind of information (allergies, T-shirt size, preferences...), how they heard about the event, ... and it's all centralized in the same place as your tickets.

   

• What about promo codes and preferential rates?

  We have a complete system of configurable promotional codes. Ideal if you have preferential rates for certain groups (circle members, subscribers, etc.). You define your code, the discount, the number of possible uses, the validity dates... Everything is automated!

• How does that help you manage the day of the event?

  You have access to a mobile app (IOS and Android) to scan tickets or consult the list of registrants, even without an internet connection. No more printing out lists or manually checking who's paid. You know exactly who's coming, in real time, and your team can manage entry much more efficiently.

• I prefer to receive the money on the spot to limit my costs. Is this possible?

  Totally! You can create free tickets via PassPass and charge people on the spot. You get all the management tools (attendee list, scan, stats) at no charge. However, it's up to you to track payments, make sure everyone has paid and keep track of your accounts.
