Who issues the invoices?
Invoices are automatically generated in the name of the organizer based on the company data configured when activating the invoicing module.
Are invoices Peppol-compatible?
Yes, PassPass is Peppol Compliant.
The generated invoices are available in a UBL/XML structured format compatible with electronic invoicing in Belgium (Peppol).
How are invoices sent over the Peppol network?
Invoices can be sent via your existing Peppol access point, including through accounting software, into which you simply import the UBL invoices generated by PassPass.
PassPass will also allow you to connect an access point directly from the platform to automate sending.
What is a Peppol access point?
A Peppol access point is a service that allows businesses send and receive electronic documents (such as invoices) over the Peppol network.
This access point may be offered by accounting or management softwareor by a specialized provider.
It is responsible for transmitting electronic documents to the recipient's access point and then to the final company.
As part of PassPass, generated invoices can be sent via your existing Peppol access point (for example, that of your accounting software), or via an access point connected directly to PassPass to automate sending to the recipient company.
How much does PassPass cost?
PassPass applies simple and transparent pricing: 2% + €0.60 (including tax) per ticket sold. No monthly subscription, no hidden fees. This includes the invoice generation module.
You pay nothing until a sale is made.
Can I try PassPass for free?
Yes, you can create and publish your event without a credit card and without obligation. Fees only apply if you sell tickets. PassPass is 100% free for free events.
