Can you manage both spectators and participants?

Yes. You can create separate categories for spectators (stands, standing, VIP) and participants (5km, 10km, relay). Each category has its own price, quota and registration form.

How do you manage race registrations with specific forms?

Create a custom form for each category. You can ask for t-shirt size, license number, medical certificate, club, estimated time or any other required information.

How do you control access on the day?

Each participant receives a ticket with a unique QR code. Scan the codes at the entrance with the PassPass mobile app to validate access in real time and prevent duplicates.

What support is available if we need help?

The PassPass team is available by email, phone and video call. You get personalized support for setting up your sports event.

Can you create member and non-member pricing?

Yes. Use promo codes to offer reduced rates to your members, or create separate categories with different prices based on participant status.

How do you manage team registrations?

Create a team category with an adapted form. The captain can register all members in one order, with individual information for each participant.

What payment methods are accepted?
