Yes. Add as many fields as you need. The tool offers a wide range of field types. Everything is exportable to Excel or via API/Webhook.

How to manage multiple categories (conferences, workshops, dinners, VIP)?

Create one category per tier, each with its own price, form, capacity limits and access. Add extras (meals, parking). Attendees choose their tier during registration.

Does PassPass offer an API?

Yes. API and webhooks to automatically send registration data to your CRM or third-party tools. Also embed the ticketing module directly on your website.

Can we customize the page, emails and tickets?

Yes. Registration page, confirmation emails, PDF and Wallet tickets. Everything is customizable with your visuals, colors and sponsor logos. We also offer full white-label customization under your organization's name (paid option).

How to control access on the day?

Via the PassPass mobile app. Your welcome team scans QR codes from their smartphone, or validates manually by first and last name. Add as many people as needed to your team.

How to manage registration invoicing?

Collect your attendees' billing information directly in the registration form (VAT number, country, address, company). PassPass provides tools to facilitate compliant Peppol invoicing.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can you print badges for attendees?

Yes. Print your badges in advance from the dashboard, or directly on-site when scanning each attendee. PassPass provides badge printers on-site. The system is synchronized in real time with your dashboard for a smooth and professional welcome.
